I'm back tracking quite a bit since the little Munchkin is already 8 months old but.....
When Dorian first showed up we were so excited. We had waited the entire 9 months without finding out if we wer having a boy or a girl, so meeting him was really special. I remember that as soon as he was out the doctor put him on my belly and I was the first one to say "it's a boy"! A totally awesome feeling.
He liked to stick his tounge out right away, like he was tasting the world...and it hasn't really gone back in since then. For some reason, his tongue just likes being out! He had a couple little red spots when he was born, like the one onhis left cheek, but they are almost gone now. He has a little one left between his eyebrows, it gets more pronounced when he clenches his little fists and gets "mad".
Karl got to help wash him and went with him for his hearing test and his first shot. :( My parents were in the waiting room almost the whole time (only took 26 hours for him to arrive!), and they got to see him when he was fresh!
